By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions governing the provision of event decoration services by Dekor Sansar.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to services provided with due care and skill. If services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy.
We maintain public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including extreme weather, venue restrictions, or client-provided equipment failure.
Client must ensure adequate access to the venue and necessary permissions for setup. Additional charges may apply for difficult access or extended setup times.
